Electrode sponges are a great conductor and super convenient.  Since they do come in direct contact with the client, keeping them clean in between clients is a must.  There are several options to disinfecting your sponges, we detail a few options below.  Either way, sponges harbor bacteria so make sure you are able to dry them out thoroughly before reusing.
